Soleares (Classical Guitar)

Soleares

Soleares (by Joaquín Turina).Performed by Taso Comanescu.

Turina was a versatile classical composer who was heavily inspired by traditional Andalucían music. His “Soleares” is titled after, and influenced by, a style of flamenco also called soleares (plural) or soleá (singular) which uses a 12-beat rhythm.

If you enjoyed Soleares, you’ll love more classical guitar pieces to refine your skills. And if you’re serious about improving your Spanish guitar course playing, my 6-month course will show you how to practice smarter and get better, faster.
